Lead full-stack development of a multi-tenant fleet management platform for vehicle tracking, rental automation and maintenance.
Design and implement the backend architecture and the API integrations that keep operational data in sync.
Build the automated financial side — CRM reporting, accounting modules, invoice processing.
Run the production infrastructure: Docker on a Hetzner host, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Redis, nginx, GitLab CI with versioned image releases.

Founded and run a car rental and dealership company with a fleet of 20 vehicles.
Oversee operations end to end — finances, partner relations, employees and drivers.
Put a structured, data-driven operational framework in place, which is what Fleetron was built to automate.

The thesis is a straight line to Fleetron — the same problem, four years and a real fleet later.
